Whatever application your business encounters, the DS-80, with FlexFeed technology unique to Neopost, handles them all. With up to 6 feeders available, any document size can be loaded. Up to 10 document can be collated together single fold and up to 8 documents collated tri fold per envelope.

 

   The DS-80 has been specifically designed to minimise the amount of operator intervention required. Continuous operation is achieved by cascade feeding - when one feeder runs empy, the next feeder takes over. Each feeder on the DS-80 can hold up to 325 sheets - offering up to 1950 sheets on one single run - without operator intervention required. A special maxifeeder is also available on the DS-80 that can cater for 1200 sheets or 325 BRE's (Business Reply Envelopes).

 

   As with all Neopost folder inserter solutions, load n go is available as standard. No operator training is required and anyone in your organisation can use the machine - simply load documents and envelopes and press load'n'go. A built in job wizard, also unique to Neopost folding inserting solutions, will guide the operator step by step through any job run to avoid operator error and prevent downtime on the machine.
