Neopost Ireland just recently completed an online survey of 1700 existing customers.
The results of the survey have been very positive and Neopost Ireland plan to use this information to further enhance and improve the level of customer service we bring to our customers. In addition Neopost Ireland intends to incorporate many of the findings into the 2009 Marketing Plan.
Neopost will be publishing some extracts of the survey in early 2009. So keep an eye on the Neopost news section in 2009 to learn more about how Neopost customers feel about the company and its level of customer service.

Mr Mark Danilow was included in and picked out of a prize draw on the 28th of November 2008 for all those who responded to the online survey.
