Cathal O'Boyle

Managing Director

Cathal joined Neopost Ireland in May 2005 as Managing Director. 
Cathal has over 20 years business experience in a wide variety of Multinational companies operating in different industries. He trained as a Chartered Accountant with Deloittes before moving to the Pharmaceutical industry with US Multinational Wyeth MedicaIreland where he was involved in the set up of their Newbridge manufacturing facility. From there he moved into the software industry with Informix Software (Part of IBM) setting up their European Shared Services Centre. 
Prior to working in Neopost Cathal worked with the Dutch Multinational Océ in the office equipment sector as Managing Director of their Irish Operation. 
Cathal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Ken Dowd

Sales Director
 
Ken has 28 years experience working within the Office Equipment / IT Industry having spent two years with Irish Business Systems 1978 - 1980. Ken worked with Clarkes of Ranelagh the Office Equipment & Stationery company from 1980 - 1982.
He then spent 19 years with Canon Ireland between 1982 - 2001. Ken held many senior positions whilst working with Canon Ireland that included National Accounts Sales Manager, General Sales Manager and finally Sales Director responsible for business revenue of €24million in Ireland.
Ken also spent two years with Sage Ireland from 2001 to 2003 as Channel Manager responsible for Sage Irelands business partners. 
Ken has a Post Graduate Business Diploma - Strategy Management.

Ronnie Russell

Technical Director

Ronnie Russell has been working within the mailing solutions industry for over 20 years. With responsibility for the Neopost Service Department, Ronnie holds a City & Guilds in Electronic Service Engineering.

Karen Kavanagh

Marketing Director

Karen is the Marketing Director at Neopost Ireland and has 10 years marketing experience with a specialist skill in Marketing Communications. Karen holds the responsibility of managing the CRM function, product marketing, brand strategy and acquisition program. With a Diploma in Marketing Management and having completed IMI’s mini MBA programme, Karen has worked with many brands including Sage Ireland and Swiftcall Telecommunications. Previously on the judging panel of the An Post Direct Marketing Awards, Karen is a previous Gold and Bronze Direct Marketing Award winner and won the Marketing Communications award from DIT.

Sinead Donnellan

Financial Controller
 

Sinéad joined Neopost Ireland in March 2008 as Financial Controller.  Prior to this, Sinead spent 8 years as Head of Finance in Océ Ireland.  Previous to Océ, Sinéad was involved as project accountant in Tedcastles Oil Products.

Sinéad trained as a Chartered Accountant in Ernst & Young, Dublin.
