Repak Ltd

Repak is an industry funded, not for profit organisation whose aim it is to facilitate and grow packaging recycling. 
Based on the principle of producer responsibility, Repak was established to help businesses meet their legal obligations to fund the recovery and recycling of the packaging on the goods or services they supply, as set out in the Waste Management (Packaging) Regulations 2007.
Since 1997 Repak has invested €200 million, raised from industry in supporting packaging recycling in Ireland. Repak have helped Ireland met and exceed its 2001 (25%) and 2005 (50%) EU packaging recycling/recovery targets.

As well as meeting Ireland’s 2011 EU target by the end of 2008, 3 years ahead of time. In total, Repak have helped divert over 5 million tonnes of used packaging from landfill.
 

Choosing Neopost

When it was discovered that increasing demands were being placed on the mailroom, Repak sourced a product that could rise to the challenge to facilitate these demands.
