PaperLinX Ireland amalgamated its trading divisions into a single premises. “With this change occurring we then looked at our document production processes”, explained Christine Shine, IT Manager, “we needed to understand the synergies and develop a solution which would enhance the despatch of documentation, providing savings on labour via time management”. “Previously all documents despatched from the business were manually enveloped for franking”.

PaperLinX has developed further the efficiencies and effectiveness of both hardware and software solutions. “We have utilised the Neopost software to collate all invoicing per customer” continues Shine, “this has reduced daily costs and allowed us to enrich our document despatch with automated flyer inserts alongside monthly statements and invoices with no impact on the process.”
