High volume technology, proven for decades, is the basis for the intimus®RECYCLE used beverage container systems.
Wherever large quantities of used plastic bottles, tin or alloy cans need to be compacted for economic disposal and transport, our machines provide for maximum volume reduction. Another application is processing of sub-standard products in the beverage industry or treatment of products in plastic bottles or tin cans that have passed their sell by date.
intimus®RECYCLE delivers carefully adapted machines with specially designed cutting geometries to ensure perfect feeding and maximum throughput with these delicate materials. For universal use the compaction unit is designed to accept plastic bottles up to 3 litres and tin cans up to 400mm in length.
The intimus® 529, is the right choice for economic processing of large quantities of beverage containers in batch mode. The machine is operated by trained staff and installed in a dedicated space. In each hour this machine can reduce nearly 9 cbm of plastic bottles to only 3 cbm, or 14 cbm of tin cans to 3.5 cbm of compressed product.
