Matthew spent 10 years working in the US retail industry before relocating to the UK to work for Phones4U. Matthew then moved to Ireland where he took up a position as a field sales executive with Noonan Security Services.
After spending two years with Noonan's selling CCTV, Door entry systems and fire and alarms he joined Neopost Ireland in June 2008.
